INGREDIENTS:
1 Pound Bay Prime Mahi Mahi
1 Tablespoon Butter
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
White Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Dry the previously thawed by gently patting with a paper towel.
Preheat the grill to a medium-high temperature.
Melt the butter in a small bowl then blend it with olive oil and lemon juice.
Place fish in grill.
Sear over direct heat and then move fish over indirect heat with a water pan.
Baste fish approximately 1/2 of the butter sauce and cook until internal fish temperature reaches 135 degrees.
Finish cooking fish and baste with butter mixture.
