INGREDIENTS:
3 Pound Boneless Pot Roast (Rump, Chuck or Round)
1 Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
2 Cups Water
3 All Purpose Potatoes, medium, cut into 1 inch pieces (about 2 pounds)
3 Carrots, sliced
DIRECTIONS:
In a Dutch oven of a 6-quart saucepan, brown roast over medium-high heat.
In slow cooker, add Lipton Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix and water and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and cook on LOW for eight (8) to ten (10) hours OR on HIGH for four (4) to six (6) hours.
Remove and serve.
YIELD:
Six (6) to eight (8) servings
