INGREDIENTS:
1 Pound Shrimp, Cleaned and Deveined
1 Package Old El Paso © Mild Taco Mix
1 Green Pepper
1 Onion
1 Package Mexican Cheese, Four Cheese Blend
16 Ounces Sour Cream
1 Package Soft Tortilllas, (Small Size)
DIRECTIONS:
In a stainless steel skillet stir fry the shrimp until pink. Season with salt, pepper and fresh lemon.
Follow the directions on the Taco Mix package.
Serve with sour cream and cheese.
