Teriyake Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup dark soy sauce

  • ½ cup sake

  • 4 tablespoons Mirin (Japanese sweet wine)

  • 2 tablespoons white sugar

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir until sugar is dissolved.

  2. Can be used immediately or cooled and refrigerated.
