White Jello

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 Package Knox Gelatin

• 1/2 Cup Cold Water

• 1 Can Crushed Pineapple

• 1/2 Cup Sugar

• 2 8 Ounce Packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese

• 1 Jar Marshmallow Cream

• 1 8 Ounce Cool Whip

• Nuts for Garnish

DIRECTIONS:

1. Soak Gelatin in cold water

2. Bring mixture to a boil

3. In a separate pot, add crushed pineapple and sugar and boil for two minutes

4. Combine mixtures and let cool

5. Combine Cream Cheese with Marshmallow Cream

6. Add to Pineapple mixture

7. Refrigerate for 1 hour

8. Add Cool Whip and mix well

9. Pour into a 9x13 pan or a mold

10. Top with chopped buts
