INGREDIENTS:
2 Package Knox Gelatin
1/2 Cup Cold Water
1 Can Crushed Pineapple
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 8 Ounce Packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 Jar Marshmallow Cream
1 8 Ounce Cool Whip
Nuts for Garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Soak Gelatin in cold water
Bring mixture to a boil
In a separate pot, add crushed pineapple and sugar and boil for two minutes
Combine mixtures and let cool
Combine Cream Cheese with Marshmallow Cream
Add to Pineapple mixture
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Add Cool Whip and mix well
Pour into a 9x13 pan or a mold
Top with chopped buts
