Napa Cabbage and Ramen Salad

2 pkgs. Ramen noodles

1/4 c. sunflower seeds

3/4 c. slivered almonds (optional)

1 head Napa cabbage

5 green onions

Brown noodles, nuts, and sunflower seeds in 1/8 cup oil or butter. Noodles take longer. Cut cabbage lengthwise then cross wise. Drain on paper towel overnight.

DRESSING: (1/2 to 2/3 this amount will probably suffice)

1 c. oil

1/4 c. vinegar

2 tbsp. soy sauce

3/8 - 1/2 c. sugar

Blend in a blender or mixer until slightly thick. Pour over 20 minutes before serving.
