Chicken Chili Verde

From Trader Joe's recipe

Place

1 large onion, diced

2 jalapenos, seeded and diced

2 jars Salsa Verde

1t ground cumin

in slow cooker; stir to combine. Add

2 lbs chicken thighs, skinless

and toss around.


Cook on Low for 6-8 hours, or High for 2-4 hours, until chicken is 165F internal temp. 

Shred chicken with a form; serve with

Rice

1 can reheated blck beans

Fresh lime wedges

Cilantro
