Pancakes

Fluffy pancakes

9 @ 6 inch pancakes

2 cups flour

1.5 tablespoons baking powder

3 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon salt

2 eggs, beaten

1/4 cup butter (1/8 of a pound)

1 3/4 cups milk

Directions:

1. Melt 1/2 stick butter (about 30 secs); beat 2 eggs.

2. warm up milk for 30 secs; In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt.

3. Combine eggs with melted butter and milk.

4. Slowly stir liquid into flour mix. Add berries. Let sit at least 10 minutes while heating the pan.

5. Heat pan.

6. Cook pancakes.
