Radish pickles

Wash

8-10 medium to large radishes

remove greens and roots, slice thinly and pack in a jar.

Whisk together:

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 cup water

1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

and pour into the jar. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes before serving.
