Tues (Ballet in PVD) Afghan Eggplant in Yogurt; add some lentils or chickpeas. Also: roast 1" slices fo eggplant at 450 for 20 min; flip and roast another 10. Drizzle with a little pomegranate molasses.
Wed (warmer) Blount Lobster roll/salads.
