Mon (warm, ballet) Tortilla de espinaca

Tu (cold): chix pot pie,  Caesar salad

Wed pot roast with veggies, green salad vinaigrette

Thu: Slow Cooker Spicy Black Bean and Sweet Potato Chili, bok choy, brown rice

Fri: drunken beans w tortillas,  stuffed poblanos. Skip black beans; add cumin and oregano; toast peppers over flame and place in plastic bag; ease up on cheese and sour cream. For drunken beans: soak beans in salt water. The brine is 3 tblsp. table salt in 4 qts. cold water for 1 lb.

Sat: sausage stuffed eggplant, zuchini w lemon, polenta

Week of 2/05 - 2/10

Sunday:  Beef + roast veggies: radish, potato, carrot, onion. Caesar salad

Monday: Prudhomme eggplant, zucchini with lemon, polenta

Tuesday: sweet potato/bean casserole (lunches? Dinner?), mango, plantains, cilantro

Wed:  Beef + roast veggies: radish, potato, carrot, onion. Caesar salad

Thu: Prudhomme eggplant, zucchini with lemon, polenta

Fri: Fattoush salad. Saffron rice w cranberries. Fresh fish. 


Week of 2/12- 2/17

Sunday:  Beef + roast veggies: saffron rice, Caesar salad

Monday: Tortilla soup w/ chicken; plantains, mango, avocado

Tues (CCH out to dinner): Leftovers

Wed: Nasi Goreng; green beans

Thu: Michael's Tortilla de Espinaca, salad, tomato-red pepper soup

Fri: Potage St. Germain, crostini with goat cheese and sundried tomato, and goat-cheese and major-grey's chutney, salad, mini-carrots with cumin, parsley, and a little butter.

Sat, Sun (CT)

Mon: Spicy/numbing potatoes; omelet with salsa and cheese. Asparagus.
