Nepalese Fish Curry

prep 15 min; cook 20 min

Rinse and dry

1 lb fish

Cut into 1 inch cubes.

Mix together

salt

chilli

1t cumin

1.5 t coriander

1/2t turmeric

1 clove garlic

2 T lemon juice

Spread paste over fish. Marinate 5=10 min

Heat 4-5T oil for frying. Fry fish pieces a few at a time, until rich golden brown on all sides. Drain/serve immediately.
