Our Reading, Math, and Science curriculum is published by Savvas/Realize (formerly known to you as Pearson.) If your child was a student here for 1st grade, you have used this learning platform already and may still have your child's login credentials.
Kids A-Z with Raz-Plus is a new tool and resource we will be using both in class and at home on student devices.
Please check your child's Home folder today for login credentials for both. The sooner your child can access them at home, the better.
Note: If you changed your Pearson password last year on your own, then the password I've given you will not work. If you cannot remember a changed password, please let me know and I'll reset it to the one I've written down on the Reading Street letter.
Once your child is able to access and use the Savvas/Realize platform with ease, I won't need to send them home with their heavy, hardcover Reader each week to review for weekly Reading Tests.
Please put the login information for both Savvas/Realize and Raz-Plus in a safe place along with your child's Google Classroom login info. In the event of a school shutdown, this will become crucial information.
Note to our eLearners' parents - I am emailing the information to you individually, because I can't send a hard copy home. I hope to get it to you today as well.
