Baking Temperature: 400 degrees
Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, undissolved yeast, and salt. Heat milk, water, and butter, but do not boil. Stir liquid mixture into dry ingredients. Mix in egg and remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured surface until smooth for about 8 minutes. Cover and let dough rise for 10 minutes. Roll our dough on floured surface with rolling pin. Use floured 2" round cookie cutter to cut out about 18 rolls. Place rolls on a greased cookie sheet with sides touching. Brush tops with melted butter, cover with waxed paper, and place in a warm location and let rise for 20 minutes. Place in an oven at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. Serve warm.
