Salmon

Serves: 4

Broil Temperature: 400 degrees

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 salmon fillet, cleaned and cut to fit a baking tray
  • Olive oil
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons rosemary
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons marjoram
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons dill
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

Cover a baking tray with tin foil. Clean and cut fish to fit a baking tray. Add olive oil on the bottom of the baking tray and place the fillet on top and move around to fully coat all sides. Oil top of fish and sprinkle with rosemary, marjoram, and dill. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and artistically add ketchup over the fish. Place under the broiler and cook for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove when fish is flakey when cut with a fork.
