Makes 8 burgers
Ingredients:
Mix mustard, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and thyme in a medium bowl. Add ground turkey and goat cheese and throughly mix together. Mix in green onion and crumbled bread slices. Weigh meat into 3.5 - 4 ounce sections and form into patties and refrigerate.
Heat oil in a large skillet and add onions and sauté until golden brown. Add dried cranberries and reduce heat to low and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir in balsamic vinegar and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
Cook patties until fully done. Toast buns if desired.
To serve, spread the bottom bun with Dijon mustard and set a burger on top. Garnish the burger with onion mixture and top with the bun.
