Bacon-Cheddar Crackers

Baking Temperature: 400 degrees

Time: 10 to 15 minutes

  • 2 cups cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning (e.g., bacon salt)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter

Preheat oven to 400 F. Place shredded cheese, flour, and seasoning in a food processor and pulse to combine. Add butter and pulse and until a ball forms.

Roll out dough 1/4 inch thick on a floured or parchment-covered surface. Slice into crackers or cut out shapes with a cookie cutter.

Bake for 10-15 minutes. Serve or place in an airtight container for up to one week.
