Toasted Baguette

Makes 20 baguette slices

Baking Temperature: 400 degrees

Time: 10 - 12 minutes

  • 1 french baguette
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

Cut the baguette diagonally into about 20 slices. Placing the pieces face up on a baking tray, brush the tops of the slices with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place in a 400 degree oven on the top rack and bake for about 10 - 12 minutes. Remove promptly and serve warm with some sweet garden tomatoes (pictured are Sweet-100 Cherry tomatoes).
