Sweet Rice Cake
Baking Temperature: 400 degrees F
Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
1 pound mochi flour
4 ounces butter, melted & cooled
1 can of condensed milk (13 ounces)
4 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
water (about 6 ounces)
Mix all ingredients together, add a bit of water (around half the condensed milk can) as needed for easy mixing. Pour into greased bundt cake pan. Bake for about 20 minutes until sticking a knife into it comes out clean. Remove from bakeware and eat right away. Any left over cake can be sliced and toasted like a piece of bread the next day or frozen and reheated in the oven.
