Pan-Fried Chicken Breasts

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • Olive oil
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • meat sauce

In a large pan, coat the bottom of the pan with olive oil and add enough chicken breasts to feed your guests. On medium high heat, cook each side of the chicken 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then add the white wine and simmer for 30 minutes or until tender. Add the desired meat sauce and raise the temperature of the pan and flip the chicken pieces and serve.
