Ingredients:
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon cornstarch
salt
pepper
nutmeg
1 cup milk
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Melt the butter in a sauce pan and add the cornstarch, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and milk. Bring to a boil for 1 minute, then stir in the parmesan cheese until melted. Garnish with chopped parsley and additional parmesan cheese if desired. Serve warm on top of cooked pasta.
