Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients: (aka Marissa's Gourmet Mac & Cheese)
Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain.
Melt butter in a sauce pan and add chopped onion, and bacon bits. Crush garlic cloves into mixture. Add cornstarch until mixture thickens. Slowly add warmed milk and blend until smooth. Add salt, pepper, dried mustard, basil, rosemary, and tarragon. Mix and add in parmesan and cream cheese. Mix until cheeses are melted. Add in mozzarella and cheddar and continue mixing until melted. Cook until thick and creamy. Add drained pasta.
Place in an oven safe container. Top with more cheddar, parmesan, and bread crumbs. Heat in microwave until desired temperature, then using the broiler, place in oven until golden brown.

Cook pasta according to instructions. Drain and set aside.
In the cooking pot, add 1 cup plain yogurt, heat on low to warm. Add in cheese packet and stir to mix. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and bacon bits to enhance flavor. Add back in the cooked pasta, stirring until well coated. Serve hot.

Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Return pasta to pot and melt in butter. Toss to coat.
Whisk together eggs, milk, Tabasco sauce, salt, pepper, and mustard. Stir into the pasta and add the cheese. Over low heat continue to stir for 3 minutes or until creamy. Serve hot with freshly ground black pepper sprinkled over pasta.
