Makes 1 drink
Ingredients: (courtesy of Tim Wright)
Margarita salt
5 oz tequila (Kirkland Añejo or Herradura Silver)
3 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
one squirt of agave syrup (Kirkland organic blue agave)
3 oz Cointreau L'Unique (Maison Fondée en Distillateur Liquoriste)
Take the drink glass and moisten the rim with water and dip in the margarita salt and set aside.
In a large cup, mix tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, and cointreau. Shake well and serve over ice.
