Cranberry Yogurt Scones
Makes 16 scones
Baking Temperature: 425 degrees
Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
200 g flour (about 1 1/2 cups)
50 g sugar (about 1/4 cup)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons cold butter
1/2 cranberries, dried
1/2 cup plain yogurt
splash of milk
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together. Cut in butter, adding 1 tablespoon at a time. Stir in dried cranberries and yogurt. Add a splash of milk if the mixture is too dry.
Form dough into two balls and place each on a greased baking sheet. Pat down each dough ball into a circle, about 1/2 to 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle with sugar and use a buttered knife to cut each into 8 segments.
Bake at 425 degrees for about 10 minutes or until edges are slightly crisp and the top is lightly browned.
