Tuna Casserole

Serves 4 to 6

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 10 - 12 ounces wide egg noodles
  • 1 can tuna in water (5 ounces)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese in small cubes
  • 1/2 - 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 10 sliced olives

Cook pasta in boiling water and drain.

Mix tuna, cream of chicken soup, yogurt, and milk together in a bowl and add pasta. Mix thoroughly and then add cheese cubes and green peas. Add more milk if mixture appears too dry. Place mixture in a large, shallow casserole. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over casserole. Add grated parmesan cheese. Place sledded olives on top of casserole.

Heat in microwave for 10 minutes. Brown gently under the broiler.
