Excellent on ham
Ingredients:
3/4 brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 tablespoon dry mustard
3 tablespoon corn starch
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
20 ounces pineapple, cubed
Open can of pineapple and pour juice into a saucepan. Take 1/2 of the pineapple and blend until a smooth constancy. Add to saucepan. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch until smooth and add to pan. Mix in mustard, cloves, and honey and add to pan. Stir mixture on medium heat until it starts to thicken. Take remaining pineapple chunks and chop up until it reaches desired size, then add to saucepan. Stir and heat until thick. Can be made a head of time and reheated for serving.
