Tear up lettuce leaves in a salad bowl. Add dried cranberries, walnuts, feta cheese, and orange slices to the bowl. In a separate container, mix the mustard, pepper, honey, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar together. Whisk well and slowly add the oil. Blend together and pour over the salad to serve.
