Ingredients:
Combine flour, wheat flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir in ground mustard, marjoram, and basil. Cut in the butter with a pastry blender, just until mixture resembles rice kernels. Mix in shredded cheese and chopped chives. Stir in milk until dough clings to form a ball. Form dough into a ball and knead gently 8-10 times on a lightly floured board.
Divide dough into 16 parts, and divide each part into three small balls. Place three small balls into cupcake pans (lightly oiled) to make clover leaf biscuits and bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
