Baking Temperature: 350 degrees
Time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
1 box chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
powdered sugar
Blend cake mix, sugar, and butter together. Add eggs, and mix thoroughly. Pour in sour cream and vanilla. Beat on high for 5 minutes until fully mixed.
Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan or angel cake tube pan. Bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cake will be done when pricked with a tooth pick that comes out clean. Cool for half an hour in the pan before turning out to finish cooling. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
