Hot Toddy
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
1 ounce lemon juice
6 ounces boiling hot water
21 grams honey
2 ounces rum (Mount Gay Eclipse gold rum)
Squeeze 1/4 lemon into mug and drop lemon rind in mug. Add boiling hot water. Steep for 3 minutes. Add honey and stir to dissolve. Add rum and drink.
