Time: 3 hours + 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon oregano, dried
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients together, drizzle over fish and allow to marinate for about 3 hours. Cook fish in the oven at 350 degrees until the internal temperature reaches about 145 degrees, roughly 30 to 35 minutes.
