Serves 4
Ingredients:
Sauté rice, spaghetti, and vegetables (green onion, red pepper, carrot) in oil in a large non-stick pan until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Stir in water and bouillon.
Cover and cook on medium heat until rice is tender but not fluffy (about 20 minutes). Stir in green peas and optional meat. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook 5-10 minutes or until peas are hot.
