Turkey Turnovers
Miranda's After Thanksgiving Turkey Turnovers
Serves 4
Baking Temperature: 350 degrees
Time: 20 - 25 minutes
Ingredients:
1 can crescent dinner rolls
Turkey
Stuffing
Cranberry sauce
Unroll dough from the can and separate it into 8 triangles. Pair the triangles and pinch them together to create 4 rectangles.
Place chopped turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce into the lower half of each rectangle. Fold over the upper part of the rectangle and cover the filling. Using a fork, press the edges together to create a tight crimp. Ensure there are no leaks and place on a cookie sheet and into a 350-degree oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool and serve warm.

Ingredients:
1 can crescent dinner rolls
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, soft (room temp)
3 oz cream cheese soft (room temp)
2 tablespoons milk
2 cups cubed turkey or chicken
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon salt, pinch of pepper
Melted butter or margarine
Unroll dough from can and separate into 8 triangles. Pair the triangles and pinch together on their longest sides to make 4 kite-shaped diamonds.
Blend softened cream cheese, butter and milk. Stir in turkey, seasonings, and onion. Place 2-3 generous tablespoons of mixture on each rectangle. Fold corners over and seal. Brush with melted butter or margarine.
Bake at 350 degree for 20-25 minutes.
