Stir Fry

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 baby bok choy, chopped
  • 1 leek
  • 4 snow peas per person
  • 2 long carrots, sliced
  • 3 cups bean sprouts
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • Asian cooking sauce (soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, etc.)
  • Vegetable oil (or peanut oil)

Wash and prepare all vegetables. Coat the bottom of a hot, large frying pan and add the carrots. Next add onion, pepper, and bottoms of bok choy and leek and cook until tender. Add greens of bok choy, leek, snow peas, bean sprouts, sesame seeds and your favorite Asian cooking sauce and steam. Serve hot with rice.
