Ingredients:
1lb Roll Bob Evans Sage Sausage
Two bags Hill-Shire Farms Sage and Onion Stuffing (Bread Cubes, purple bag)
One medium sweet onion (diced)
5 ribs celery diced
1/2 cup salted butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Melt butter in pan and sauté onions and celery in butter
Cook sausage in separate pan and drain
In a large bowl put 1.5 bags of stuffing cubes
Add remaining ingredients, and mix well
Add enough water to make mixture moist and sticky (1.5 to 2.5 cups)
Put mixture in a greased 9x13 pan
Cover with tinfoil and bake for 25 minutes
Remove tinfoil and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until top browns
