- 8oz Monty Jack Cheese (Block)
- 8oz Medium Cheddar (Block)
- 2 tsp Taco Seasoning
Shred Block Cheese (in Food processor)
- Setup food processor with shredding plate
- Cut blocks into quarters and alternate in feed tube for processor
- Use the food processor on the Pulse setting
- Add all shredded cheese to gallon plastic bag w/ Taco seasoning, shake to mix
