Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 box (32 oz) beef broth
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4-1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 4-5 small potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup water
Directions:
- Place all ingredients EXCEPT peas, corn, flour, and water into inner IP pot. Stir until well combined.
- Lock lid into place and set IP valve to sealing.
- Run the "Meat/Stew" program (35 minutes).
- Once program is complete, natural release for 12 minutes, then quick release.
- In a small bowl, combine flour and water.
- Add flour/water and peas and corn to stew.
- Stir until peas and corn are cooked and stew thickens.
