Ingredients
Dough:
18.5oz Yellow Cake Mix (See recipe Yellow Cake Mix for DRY ingredients only)
1 cup peanut butter
1 stick butter
2 large eggs
Fudge:
2 cups semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 325F
Add Chocolate Chips, Sweetened Condensed Milk, and 2 tbsp butter to a pan and place on LOW heat
Add all dough ingredients to a bowl and beat on low speed with a hand mixer, set 1.5 cups aside
Press remainder of dough into the bottom of a 9x13 pan or baking dish
Mix Fudge ingredients until they are smooth (may need to turn up temp a bit if things haven't melted together)
Add Vanilla to fudge ingredients and mix thoroughly
Pour fudge on top of dough and spread evenly
Crumble remainder of dough onto the top of the fudge
Bake until the dough on the top is cooked through (about 25-30 minutes)
