Ingredients:
- 3 lbs chicken breast, thawed
- 1 cup chicken broth/stock
- Lawry's Seasoning Salt, to taste
Directions:
- Lightly season both sides of chicken breasts with seasoning salt
- Add broth to instant pot
- Place chicken breasts on steamer basket in instant pot, smooth side down
- Manual setting, high pressure, 6 minutes, 5 min natural release
**For frozen breasts, Poultry setting, high pressure, 10 minutes, 5 min natural release
