This recipe scales very easily just double/triple as necessary.
Ingredients:
1lb Beef Round Steak (anything will work pretty good for this, it's being sliced very thin)
2 tbsp Corn Starch
2 tsp Sugar
6 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/4 cup water
Onion Powder
3 cups broccoli
8 oz (or so) Snow Peas
Vegetable Oil
Directions:
Thinly slice beef steak (thinner the better, you want the meat to cook up quickly so the sauce doesn't burn) and place in a plastic bag
Combine cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, water, and a pinch of onion powder in a small bowl and whisk until smooth
Pour sauce mixture into bag with thinly sliced meat and mix well
In a Wok or on a griddle, on high heat add a bit of oil to heat and then add broccoli and snow peas. Cook for one minutes, then reduce temp and cover for 4 minutes
Remove veggies and keep warm in a covered bowl
On the same wok/griddle turn up heat, add more oil, and add meat and sauce and cook meat to desired doneness. Check frequently, this will cook pretty pretty quickly.
Turn off the heat, add the veggies back to the pan, stir/toss to coat everything
Serve with rice and Asian noodles
