Ingredients:
¼ cup brown sugar, packed
¼ cup reduced sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
½ teaspoon crushed red-pepper flakes, or more to taste
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon vegetable oil (or butter)
3 cloves garlic, fresh minced
1 pound ground beef/venison
Instructions:
Mix Sugar, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Crushed Red-Pepper Flakes, Ground Ginger in a small bowl
Heat griddle to 400° (or skillet/pan)
Add vegetable oil to griddle/pan
Fry minced garlic in vegetable oil until you can smell it
Brown Beef/Venison (a bit of pink left is better than no pink) in the garlic/vegetable oil. If cooking in a skillet/pan, drain fat.
Add mixture from step one and constantly stir/fold the beef until sauce is completely absorbed (should be sticky, not wet).
Serve on rice with broccoli, noodles, etc
