Ingredients:
Rice Crispy
- 1/4 cup butter
- 5 oz of Marshmallows
- 3 cups Rice Krispies (or similar) cereal
Peanut Butter Topping
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1-2 Tblspn Water
Chocolate Topping
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate Chips
Directions (Rice Krispy):
- Melt Butter and Marshmallows in large, shallow bowl
- Mix Rice Krispies into
- Press lightly into 9x9 Pan
Directions (Peanut Butter Topping):
- Beat all ingredients together
- Add water until desired consistency is met
- Spread evenly on Rice Krispies
- Put in freezer for a few minutes to harden while doing the Chocolate topping
Directions (Chocolate):
- Melt all ingredients in Microwave safe bowl
- Mix until smooth
- Pour on top of peanut butter frosting and smooth
- Put in Freezer/Fridge for topping to harden
Desert does not need to be refrigerated.
