Ingredients:
Chocolate Filling:
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 pkg. (4 servings) Cooke and Serve chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Peanut Butter Whipped Topping:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups whipped topping
- About 5 (?) Reese Peanut Butter Cups, chopped coarsely
Directions:
- In a sauce pan, stir together milk and pudding mix - cook as directed on package (but use only 1 1/4 cups milk). Once pudding thickens, continue cooking over low heat and add chocolate chips, stirring constantly until melted
- Remove from heat - allow chocolate filling to cool slightly, then pour into pie crust. Cool completely (can place in refrigerator)
- Beat all filling ingredients together except whipped topping
- Fold whipped topping into filling mixture, then fold in Peanut Butter Cup pieces
- Spread peanut butter whipped topping over cooled chocolate filling
- Chill at least an hour to set before serving
