Ingredients (Sauce):
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 2 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese (Mixed is fine, Cheddar and Monty)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Mustard Powder
Directions:
- Cook up your choice of noodles to whatever doneness you like noodles, and rinse
- Melt butter in sauce pan
- Add Cream Cheese to melted butter and mix until well combined
- Add Flour, Salt, Black Pepper and Mustard Powder, and keep stirring until smooth
- Slowly add Milk to pan stirring the entire time, keep stirring until sauce boils and thickens
- Add your mixed cheeses and stir until fully incorporated and smooth
- Pour cheese sauce over noodles and stir
