Ingredients:
- 1-1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1/8 diced onion or 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 10-oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 10-oz can condensed cheddar soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 small can corn
- 32-oz bag of frozen tater tots
- OPTIONAL: 1 cup shredded cheese for topping
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Season ground beef with onion (powder), garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and brown - drain.
- Add beef back to warm pan and add Worcestershire sauce
- Mix beef with both soups, 1 cup of shredded cheese, and corn
- Grease 9x13 baking dish and pour in beef/soup mixture
- Arrange tater tots on top
- Bake for about 50-60 minutes until casserole is bubbling and tater tots are crispy
- OPTIONAL: Top with 1 cup shredded cheese after baking and heat until cheese is melted
