Ingredients;
Waffle Batter (Boxed or I suggest this recipe - Waffles )
Cheesecake Batter:
1/4 Cup Sour Cream (Room Temp)
4oz Cream Cheese (Softened)
2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 Whisked Egg (or a REALLY small egg)
Toppings:
Chocolate Chips
Peanut butter chips
Fruits
Syrup
Waffle Iron (www.amazon.com/dp/B087QRK33P this one has been surprisingly good for this)
Instructions;
Make waffle batter
Whisk Cheesecake Batter ingredients together (should be very smooth)
Look at your waffle irons instructions and pour HALF the batter required for one waffle into the iron
Spoon about two tblsp of Cheesecake Batter (you may need to adjust based on the size of your iron) onto the Waffle Batter
At this point you can add dry ingredients (chocolate chips, peanutbutter chips, fruits, etc)
Then pour the other HALF of the batter required for one waffle on top of the pile (try to cover the ingredients as best you can
Close the waffle iron and flip
Cook based on whatever time is generally required for your waffles
Top with Whatever
