Place onion and garlic in chopper and pulse/chop until in very small pieces
Set IP to "Saute" function and melt butter
Season both sides of chicken breasts with Lawry's and quickly sear both sides in IP
Remove chicken breasts, add onion/garlic - saute until translucent and fragrant
Add chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, stir
Place chicken breasts on top of liquid. Secure lid of IP and make sure valve is set to "Sealing". Set "Manual" high pressure for 6 minutes, quick release
Start water boiling for noodles, grate cheese, and prepare spinach. Add noodles to boiling water when ready - boil until al dente.
When chicken is nearly finished, microwave heavy cream in 2-cup pyrex cup for 45 minutes - add flour and whisk until smooth
When IP finishes, remove chicken. Add heavy cream/flour to remaining liquid and bring to boil, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Add cheese and spinach, stir. Add noodles and allow noodles to cook in sauce while cheese melts and spinach cooks and wilts.
