Ingredients:
1 family-sized package Oreo cookies (if you get party-size, you can add a layer of cookies in the pudding)
1/2 cup butter melted
2 packages 3.9 ounce, each Instant Chocolate pudding mix
3 1/4 cups cold milk
2 - 8 ounce containers Cool Whip
1 - 8 ounce block Cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
Use a food processor or a plastic zip lock and rolling pin to crush all but 6 Oreos into crumbs (do not separate filling).
Put butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt.
Combine Oreo crumbs and butter. Press into 9x13" pan. Place in refrigerator.
In a bowl, whisk together the 2 pudding mixes and milk. Place in refrigerator to set.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in one container of Cool Whip.
Assemble: Spread cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust. Next, take chocolate pudding and spread over the cream cheese mixture. (If you bought party-size Oreos, you can press some whole Oreos into the pudding layer.) Spread the other container of Cool Whip over the chocolate pudding layer. Crush remaining 6 Oreos into large chunks and sprinkle over top. Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

**You can alternate chocolate Oreos and pudding for other flavors. Some other combinations are:
Golden Oreos with lemon pudding - top with crushed lemon Oreos
Golden Oreos with Sonic Strawberry Milkshake Pudding (found at Walmart) - add freeze-dried strawberries to crushed topping
Only add 3 cups of milk to Sonic pudding
