Ingredients
1 tbsp Cream Cheese
1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Whole Milk
Instructions
Put cream cheese in a large microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 12 seconds
Add Sugar and Vanilla to the cream cheese and whisk until it reaches the consistency of frosting (Cassie says to use a spatula, but she's wrong)
Slowly add in Heavy Cream and Whole Milk whisking until all sugar mixture is dissolved
Pour into Creami container and freeze for ~24 hours
Remove pint from freezer, select "Ice Cream" once added to Creami
If the ice cream doesn't look smooth select Re-Mix
If desired, hollow out center and add mix in's, then place back in Creami and select Mix In (see Mix In rules on main page)
