Ingredients:
Tortillas (tested with extra soft "street taco")
1 cup sugar
1/2 tbsp cinnamon, heaping
Canola Oil
Directions:
Cut tortillas into chip-size pieces ("street taco" into quarters)
Mix sugar and cinnamon in large bowl
Heat oil to 375 F in a shallow pan
Cook tortilla pieces until light brown, flipping halfway through
Place fried pieces immediately into cinnamon sugar and toss to coat
